I work near by, 650 meters, that's 3 minutes by car or 8 minutes by foot, according to google maps. For my lunch break I order online, and EACH AND EVERY TIME I have to wait for it 15-20 minutes (out of my lunch time) outside although I place the order 15-20 minutes before.
Today, the order was placed at 18:15, 30 minutes before the lunch, and I received it at 19:06. That's 51 minutes from a resto 3 minutes away. Seriously, how long does it take to make a chicken burger?
Yesterday I placed the order for takeout (not delivery) 20 minutes ahead and when I got there to pick up my lunch I had to wait another 15 minutes for it.
I'm seriously considering to order my lunch elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i coud give a 0 star rating i would. We were a group of 16 people for my nieces birthday. We were served by Linda, who realy needs an attitude adjustmet. I asked for a bowl of salade de choux. Never got it. Asked for another bbq sause, never got it. When someone politely sais excuse me to her she rudely responded you have to wait. The plate was cold. Wont be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was great as usual. There is a good variety of fresh soups, salads, fruit and vegetables at the salad bar. They also have seasonal specials and have recently released a new menu. The only shortcoming would be the attention paid by the staff. Service can be long and staff can be distant which decreases customer experience. Regardless, the quality of the food mixed with a laid back, family freindly atmosphere keeps me going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my dad for a treat.... I had fajita assortment with salad bar. The plate came out sizzling with onions and peppers and very good seasoning. My dad had chicken and onion rings with salad bar. Pretty great. Chicken noodle soup a bit bland but meh it's not the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. Found a spot of mold on my burger bun and called to let them know (I'm aware that these things happen). The manager showed up at my door with a whole new meal and a dessert to apologize. Very impressed and will order from here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a small mix up with my meal but it was sorted out. The “salad” bar has a variety of things including nachos and Indian food for a relatively low price. The other dishes are quite pricey- difficult to find things under 15$, but the food is good. I will definitely come back!
