★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai utilisé le service mobile pour l'entretien de 2 vélos. Il n'y a pas eu de diagnostic sur l'état des vélos. Ma chaîne était vraiment très sale, elle n'a pas vraiment été nettoyée. Après l'entretien, j'ai demandé de vérifier si elle était encore correcte. Elle est finie et doit être changée. C'est le genre de chose qu'un technicien d'entretien devrait vérifier sans qu'on lui demande. En prime, j'ai un pneu à plat ce soir. Finalement, payer pour l'entretien de vélo est complètement inutile. Gonfler des pneus et mettre du lubrifiant sur une chaîne sale... Ce week-end, je vais changer ma chambre à air et ma chaîne.
3 étoiles car ils avaient les pièces de rechange requises dans leur remorque.
I used the mobile service for the maintenance of 2 bikes. There was no diagnosis on the condition of the bikes. My channel was really, really dirty, it wasn't really cleaned. After the interview, I asked to check if it was still correct. It is finished and must be changed. This is the kind of thing a service technician should check without being asked. As a bonus, I have a flat tire tonight. In the end, paying for bike maintenance is completely unnecessary. Inflate tires and put lubricant on a dirty chain ... This weekend I'm going to change my inner tube and chain.
3 stars because they had the required spare parts in their trailer.

Great customer service, really impressed! The salespeople take the time to answer all of our questions. In addition, with the purchase of a bicycle you have 2 years of adjustment included, in addition to the annual tune-ups. I highly recommend.
