Le service offert par leur technicien "Jonathan " wow juste wow enfin une compagnie qui sont capable de vous donné une estimé des coups sans +/- ce tromper d'à peine 10 $ , sans compter qu'ils sont super sympathique , courtois , efficace et le sourire au lèvre. De l'arrivée au départ Jonathan a donné un service impeccable et surtout très polis , il nous a même laissé les pièces défectueuse. Vraiment cette compagnie nous as été chaudement recommandé et je fait de même.
Certain compétiteurs devrait prendre exemple sur le service offert par cette compagnie et leur prix qui ne nécessite pas une 2ieme hypothèque. Merci à toute l'équipe
Barely 48 hours have passed from taking the call to the meeting. The service offered by their technician "Jonathan" wow just wow finally a company who are able to give you an estimate of the blows without +/- that deceive of barely 10 $, not to mention that they are super friendly, courteous, efficient and a smile on her face. From arrival to departure Jonathan gave impeccable service and above all very polite, he even left us the defective parts. Really this company came highly recommended to us and I do the same.
Certain competitors should take example on the service offered by this company and their price which does not require a 2nd mortgage. thanks to the whole team

Notre expérience avec Steve et son équipe sort vraiment de l'ordinaire,a 14h30 aujourd'hui plus d'eau a la maison, j'appelle 3 endroits pour un service et personne ne peut et surtout essaie de nous aider!!
J'arrête chez réparation DR et on me prends en charge et me garantie que le patron (Steve) va communiquer avec moi le plus rapidement possible..
Je retourne chez moi et oui Steve m'appelle vers 15h00 pour me dire qu'il va passer aujourd'hui sans faute.vers 17h15 ils arrivent pour faire la vérification et le diagnostic est très rapide et vraiment très honnête.resultat a 20h00 tout est réparé et fonctionne A1...je n'ai que du positif a dire sur cette entreprise familiale qui a vraiment un service a la clientèle exceptionnel!!!
N'hésitez surtout pas si vous avez besoin de vrai professionnel pour tout vos système d'eau!!

Our experience with Steve and his team is really out of the ordinary, at 2:30 p.m. today no water at home, I call 3 places for a service and no one can and above all tries to help us!!
I stop at DR repair and they take care of me and guarantee me that the boss (Steve) will contact me as soon as possible..
I return home and yes Steve calls me around 3:00 p.m. to tell me that he will pass today without fail. Around 5:15 p.m. they arrive to do the verification and the diagnosis is very quick and really very honest. repaired and working A1...I only have positive things to say about this family business which really has exceptional customer service!!!
