★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai appelé M. Charland le 28 août pour un problème d'adoucisseur au sel. Il me dit que ça peut prendre quelques semaines. Je l'ai rappelé le 17 septembre et il me répond qu'il va passer durant la semaine du 21 septembre. On est vendredi le 25 et toujours pas de son pas d'image de sa part. Aucun service, je ne recommande pas.
 I called Mr. Charland on August 28 with a problem with the salt softener. He tells me it may take a few weeks. I called him back on September 17 and he replied that he was going to come by during the week of September 21. It is Friday the 25th and still no image from him. No service, I do not recommend.

Impeccable and super fast service. I had a water softener installed and also had the entire water pump system in my well / house replaced urgently, which had broken down in the middle of the winter. I highly recommend Mr Pomlaleau

Nous avions déjà utilisé d'autres produits qui n'ont pas fonctionnés. Ils connaissent vraiment leur affaire, ils ont une très bonne expertise, ils donnent un excellent service, ils sont honnêtes, courtois, et professionnels. Même durant l'installation, Dave a prit le temps de nous expliquer correctement le pourquoi de chaque chose. Pour nous l'installation à été le jour et la nuit. Il n'y a plus de senteur ni de goût dans l'eau et en plus, on a une pression d'eau qu'on n'avait pas avant. Nous vous remercions beaucoup pour ce que vous avez fait pour nous. C'est certain que nous utiliserons vos services pour d'autres projets.
We called on Monsieur Charland from '' Monsieur Pompaleau (Family business) '', for the smell and taste of sulfur in our water. We had already used other products which did not work. They really know their stuff, they have great expertise, they provide excellent service, they are honest, courteous, and professional. Even during the installation, Dave took the time to properly explain to us the why of everything. For us, the installation was day and night. There is no more smell or taste in the water and in addition, we have a water pressure that we did not have before. We thank you very much for what you have done for us. We will definitely use your services for other projects.

Robert a pris le temps de tout m'expliquer pour tenter de régler mon problème moi même sans avoir a faire un appel de service immédiatement et ce même si ma pompe ne viens pas d'eux. Robert connait très bien son travail et les produits meme si ce n'est pas leu leur.
Il a aussi pris la peine de m'expliquer tout le fonctionnement de la pompe de la pointe le pourquoi du comment etc.
Rien a redire. C'est certains qu'en cas de besoin c'est eux que j'appel car très peu d'entreprises ce donne la peine de nos jours.
Great Service even if it's just questions. They are really there to help customers. Robert knows his work and the products very well even if it is not theirs.
He also took the trouble to explain to me all the operation of the pump of the point the why of the how etc.
No complaints. It is certain that in case of need it is them that I call because very few companies give the trouble these days.
