Awful customer service. We hired them to do the opening and closing of our hotel's rooftop spa, and the technician they sent forgot to put the drain caps back on so that when we filled it, water immediately flooded the roof. Multiple callbacks and emails result in promises that "someone will get back to us in 10 days". No accountability and no follow-up from any of the departments. Such a nightmare. Don't count on them.

Regarding Trevi Gatineau store and installation. I bought our pool in March 2021 in Gatineau, and it was promised to be installed in the week of June 6. Every day I call and spend 30-45 minutes on hold to hear the same story: "We are busy, if we don't install by the end of (this) week, it will be next week." They were very quick to sell the package and make promises. Now, I have nobody to talk to! I should have spent more time reading reviews...

Avoid this company. I ordered a gazebo in april for delivery in may. We are now end of july and no information available from Trevi. They don't even respond to request for information. We will have to go the whole summer without a gazebo. They refuse to reimburse and allow us to buy another one. Many are available out there, so no excuse for them not to have it. Very poor client services and outrageous commercial behaviour.

Beware when buying a gazebo from them, their after sale service is terrible. We bought our gazebo last October during their promotional event (where you only had to pay the taxes). However, we were contacted afterwards and asked to pay in full to 'ensure that we recieve our gazebo on time'. Our original delivery date was end of April and is now being constantly pushed back, every time we contact them. The promises keep changing to end of May, beginning of June and now there's no response from them when we call. I am not someone who usually writes reviews but I am extremely disappointed with these false promises. I hope this helps anyone who is thinking of buying a gazebo from them.

I purchased a car shelter in September, and choose the delivery on October 13th and installation date on November 7th. The delivery was on time. But I haven't received any calls to confirm the installation yet. i called twice this week. The first lady told me that it should be this week. And then 2 days later, another lady said next week. What's the point to confirm with me 2 months ago for the installation if you cannot make it on time. And the the agents on the phone were in a hurry, no matter what do you ask, they kept saying: you will get a call 1 day in advance. And they want to end the phone asap. anyway, still waiting for a call regarding the "should be this week" installation. -- Have to put an update here. we are on Nov.17th, still no response. no calls and I can't get through the call center either. And they requested go there in person and talked to a director!!!!! What a "nice" service!!!!!

First the prices are double for the exact same product somewhere else. Second the staff are not that friendly. So why to pay double for even bad service.

I was thrilled when we purchased our beautiful Futura pool, the sales people are great but Trevi’s after sales service is the worst. Get ready to spend loads of time on hold waiting to speak to customer service. After one season, the liner of our pool tore. You’d think this is under guarantee but it’s not. Secondly, after paying for Trevi to close my pool back in the fall, their negligence led to a tube breaking and now having to wait for the “guarantees” department to give us an appointment. In two weeks, we have made over ten calls to Trevi and their service is horrible. When we could easily get the piece at the store (for $600, what a joke) we have to wait for these guys to call us and delay the opening of our pool. All of this after one season, $30K later. Thanks Trevi! I would highly advise pool seekers to opt for the smaller companies, their service will always be better according to friends who went this route.

Terrible customer service. We arrived to buy a heat pump for our pool and was serve quickly, got great advice and purchased the heat pump. We were told that for $100 it can be delivered to our house and two guys will place it directly where it'll go in the backyard. We said we would think about it and we were given the number to contact when we made a decision. I called multiple times and left messages and no one ever answers or calls back. So finally we decided to go back in person to schedule a delivery. We were told by a new guy that the delivery would be two men who bring the heat pump directly to its location. Great! Delivery day arrives. Our doorbell rings at 6:58am (everyone asleep). And it was one guy with a jigger. He couldn't even make it into the backyard if he wanted to. So he left our heat pump in our driveway. We had to urgently call family to come help us move the unit into our garage so no one would steal it. Now I have this huge machine in my garage that we had to move there, all for $100. We contacted customer service at head office and the lady pretty much told us "too bad for you, nothing we can do about it". And then she sent our email to the Blainville store, and we're still waiting on a response. Absolutely garbage service. Don't waste your money!!!!
