★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my experience with Philippe-Olivier, especially for what can be an extremely stressful time for buyers right now. I had been looking for almost 2 years and lost quite a few homes, prior to deciding to work with Philippe-Olivier. Two months after meeting Philippe-Oliver, I had an offer accepted on my first home. A big difference was the way he setup my 'search' - I'm convinced that I would not have found my house, had I continued searching the way that I was. He is extremely knowledgeable on what to look for (brought-up points that the inspector found), asked the right questions to make sure the house was right for me and acted quickly and professionally. He never pressured me which I think is so important for such a big decision in this fast-paced market. I appreciated his experience and candor.
