They have a wide range of flooring with great options and competitive pricing! I highly recommend them!!

Oh and want to have the worst after sale service, where no one will give an answer or call you back, the deal Emard Couvre-Plancher!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Emard because our neighbours had had a good experience with them for their bathroom and kitchen flooring in the past.
Unfortunately, we did not have the same type of experience. The first salesperson we spoke with was getting frustrated with us for asking questions and for not knowing exactly what we wanted. She ended up leaving us and got another salesperson to join us. This person was much better better and was able to answer our questions and find some products that met our needs. But then she got called away, she told us it would be 5 minutes. We waited 15 minutes. No sign of her or anyone else to help us. So we left.
We ended up going to one of their competitors later that same day, got much better service (and a bit better price for the exact same line of Lauzon hardwood flooring), and bought our flooring from them instead.
