 The representative and installer were courteous and answered my questions well. I was advised at the start that there was a 3 month wait that was met.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! L'équipe intra-muros (vente, finances et gestion d'installation) répond à vos besoins en un quart de tour. De plus, l'équipe technique d'installation sur la route est IMPECCABLE!! Je recommande fortement cette firme. Évidemment, ça a été plus long avant d'avoir les fenêtres, pandémie oblige, mais l'attente en valait la peine.
(PS: je n'ai aucun lien personnel ou professionnel avec cette firme.)
Wow! The intramural team (sales, finance and installation management) responds to your needs in a quarter of a turn. In addition, the technical team of installation on the road is IMPECCABLE !! I highly recommend this firm. Obviously, it took longer before we had the windows, pandemic obliges, but the wait was worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce qui devait être une transaction banale avec cette compagnie s’est transformé en un cauchemar pour moi a cause de :
-Travail bâclé et trés mauvaise finition
-installation d’une serrure qui ne correspondait pas du tout a celle commandée
-arrogance et non professionnalisme de certains employés
-pardessus tout ça , rien n’est encore regle
What must have been a trivial transaction with this company turned into a nightmare for me because of:
- Sloppy work and very bad finish
-installation of a lock that did not correspond at all to the one ordered
-arrogance and unprofessionalism of some employees
-on top of all that, nothing is settled yet
