Le jour d'après, j'ai attendu le taxi et après 10 minutes d'attente, j'ai appelé la compagnie pour savoir où était rendu mon taxi. Au téléphone, le monsieur m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de chauffeur à Laval pour cette journée là. Alors, je lui ai dit que j'avais reçu un courriel de confirmation et il m'a dit que je devais appeler une autre compagnie de taxi, car il n'y avait pas de taxi à Laval. Bref, je suis arrivée en retard au travail. I ordered a taxi online to get to work and got a confirmation email. The next day I waited for the taxi and after 10 minutes of waiting I called the company to find out where my taxi was. On the phone, the gentleman told me that there was no driver in Laval for that day. So, I told him that I had received a confirmation email and he told me that I had to call another taxi company, because there was no taxi in Laval. Anyway, I was late for work.

J'ai téléphoné pour leur demander où était mon taxi et ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'avaient pas de réservation en ligne pour moi. J'ai du payer des frais d'annulation pour mon rendez-vous médical que j'attendais depuis 3 mois. I made a reservation online and received a confirmation text. at the scheduled time, no taxi showed up. I phoned to ask them where my taxi was and they told me they didn't have an online reservation for me. I had to pay cancellation fees for my medical appointment that I had been waiting for 3 months.
