M	Maryska M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Point fort : Les chauffeurs de taxi sont sympathiques et s'excuse toujours de leur retard et du temps d'attente. Point faible : Tout le reste. Appeler pour un taxi est quelque chose de très frustrant avec leur système informatisé que je préfère grandement à leurs téléphonistes à qui j'avais l'impression de toujours les déranger pour chaque appel. Que ce soit pour réserver un taxi ou pour poser une question. Ça c'est si j'arrive à leur parler, car je peux devoir rappeler 2 ou 3 fois avant d'avoir quelqu'un sans me faire raccrocher la ligne. Et une fois qu'on leur parle enfin, parfois ils raccrochent sans nous avoir laisser fini de parler. Et même une fois qu'on a enfin réservé un taxi, n'attendez pas à forcément en avoir un car vous pourriez bien attendre 2h pour en avoir un qui finalement ne viendra pas, car votre course sera annulé et qu'il n'y aura pas d'autres chauffeurs. Résumé : Trop peu de chauffeurs disponibles, un temps d'attente excessivement long et une réservation pénible et désagréable. Strong point: Taxi drivers are friendly and always apologize for being late and waiting time. Weakness : Everything else. Calling for a taxi is very frustrating with their computerized system, which I greatly prefer to their operators who I felt I always bothered them with every call. Whether it's to book a taxi or to ask a question. This is if I can talk to them, because I may have to call back 2 or 3 times before I have someone without getting the line hung up. And once we finally talk to them, sometimes they hang up without letting us finish talking. And even once you have finally booked a taxi, do not necessarily wait to have one because you could wait 2 hours to get one that ultimately will not come, because your trip will be canceled and there is no will not have other drivers. Summary : Too few drivers available, an excessively long waiting time and a tedious and unpleasant reservation.

J’envisage utiliser cette entreprise encore lorsque j’en aurais besoin. Customer service is courteous. I was able to plan my trips ahead of time. The taxi service was courteous and the trips quick. I plan to use this business again when needed.

Au bout de 30 minutes je commence à paniquer, je rappelle.... Ça me confirme qu'un taxi devrait bien venir me chercher. J'attends 15 min supplémentaires, tjrs rien, alors je rappelle et parle avec un réceptionniste qui, bêtement, m'annonce qu'on m'a menti au 1er tour, qu'il y a plus d'une heure d'attente, et que je suis sur la liste mais que mon taxi n'est même pas encore en chemin... Merci mais non merci. Ce ne serait pas grave si au moins les temps d'attente étaient clairement annoncés, mais c'est inacceptable comme délais. Heureusement, de jour, parfois, c'est raisonnable alors je mets 2 étoiles. I called on a Friday evening, they tell me that I have about fifteen minutes before my lift. After 30 minutes I start to panic, I call back.... It confirms to me that a taxi should come and pick me up. I wait another 15 minutes, still nothing, so I call back and speak with a receptionist who, stupidly, tells me that I was lied to in the 1st round, that there is more than an hour of waiting, and I'm on the list but my taxi isn't even on the way yet... Thanks but no thanks. It wouldn't matter if at least the waiting times were clearly announced, but that's unacceptable as delays. Fortunately, by day, sometimes it's reasonable so I put 2 stars.

Was scared to call this service due to all the negative reviews, but had little choice or time to do a better search. Taxi arrived couple of minutes before promised time. Driver was pleasant.
