Kept the meter on the entire time, didn’t bother to restart it once we past my pick up point. Still charged me full price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it is a good company, I like the drivers...however, I often call and am left waiting 15-20 mins, and have to call back because they have "forgotten" me...I am a regular customer, I call every day at the same time...if this continues, I will be forced to use the other taxi company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It gets you to where you need to but the ride was rough. Drove the wrong direction then did an illegal U-turn, driver didn't wear a mask or seatbelt and was rude and abrupt on the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car broke down on Hwy 17. We were 5 minutes away from their office. Called at 6:33pm for a ride and they said it would take 20 minutes. It was 6:59pm and still no show. Called back and said they were on their way. Still no show after 7:05pm. Called MS taxi at 7:07pm and they showed up at 7:11pm. Do yourself a favor and call MS Taxi before Hawkesbury Taxi.
