Je suis exigeant sur la qualité des travaux et j'ai été très satisfait. I had all my windows and doors of my bungalow changed by Jolivision Laval (in 3 contracts) and everything was done with meticulousness and professionalism thanks to Camille and her team. I am demanding on the quality of the work and I was very satisfied.

J'entendais beaucoup l'extérieur de la maison avant (voitures, chien qui jappais...) Avec les nouvelles fenêtres, rien du tout. Très satisfait du produit, l'installation a eu une couple de petites affaires mineures qui on été reparer apres un appel de reparation. Le proprio de la compagnie d'installation et venu faire lui meme les reparations. Je suis satisfait du resultat finale. Merci! David We had 9 windows changed by them, very nice quality windows. Made change the front door and patio door too, also very good quality. I heard a lot outside the front house (cars, dog yapping ...) With the new windows, nothing at all. Very satisfied with the product, the installation had a couple of minor minor cases that were repaired after a repair call. The owner of the installation company and come to do the same repairs. I am satisfied with the final result. Thank you! David
S	Stéphane Ouellette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Donne des garanties de 7 ans pour l’installation mais quand un problème arrive ne respecte pas l’entente et ne veulent pas faire la réparation et cherche une excuse que tel ou tél pièces n’étais pas sur la garanties mais pourtant installée par cette cie Gives 7 year guarantees for the installation but when a problem occurs does not respect the agreement and does not want to make the repair and looks for an excuse that such or such part was not on the guarantee but yet installed by this company

On m’a demandé de téléphoner à une autre cliente pour canceler un rendez-vous!!? Incapable de respecter leur soumission, ils annulent la soumission de mes voisins qui avaient même donné un acompte, en disant que c’est la faute des autres, moi entre autre!! (Nous étions 4 à soumissionner). Manque de jugement face aux différents dossiers et ne prennent aucunes responsabilités de leurs erreurs! EVITEZ Ladies avoid speaking alone with the salesperson or the boss. Your words will be distorted. If you are trying to negotiate, you are a “difficult” customer. I have been asked to phone another client to cancel an appointment !!? Unable to respect their submission, they cancel the submission of my neighbors who had even given a deposit, saying that it is the fault of others, me among others !! (We were 4 to bid). Lack of judgment in the face of different cases and take no responsibility for their mistakes! AVOID

Ma porte de côté installée avec un dommage et ma porte patio installée avec une ''scratch'' dans la vitre. Le service est mauvais. Ils minimisent les dommages comme étant superficiels et ça fait 2 fois qu'on reporte mon rendez-vous pour corriger les dommages. Quand t'achètes neuf tu t'attends à du neuf. The installation was good and on time except that it is now 2 months that I wait after the patches. My side door installed with a pity and my patio door installed with a scratch in the glass. The service is bad. They minimize the damage as superficial and it's been 2 times that I postpone my appointment to correct the damage. When you buy new you expect new.

Un peu long pour recevoir quelques pièces manquante à cause de la covid ,mais très satisfait des nouvelles fenêtre triple verre.Merci a Réal pour la soumission très sympathique aussi. Very friendly and professional installers Éric and Stéphane. A bit long to receive a few missing parts due to the covid, but very satisfied with the new triple glass window. J’attend toujours le retour d’appel d'un des proprios ! Good service, fair price ..... until he ignores the date set for the installation. More than 3 months to have a front door. Unacceptable! I'm still waiting for a return call from one of the owners!

There was a little misunderstanding of what a window insertion is .We didn't realize that the windows would be smaller cause when you do an insertion you don't change the whole frame. I still give them 5 stars cause they did an amazing job and the windows are great !
