★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oui, oui, ça existe des installeurs de portes qui travaillent de façon impeccable. Et c'est à cette enseigne. Ce matin Maxime et Jonathan ont installé chez moi une porte à l'avant et une autre donnant sur la terrasse arrière. En plus de travailler rapidement et efficacement, ils le font aussi proprement. J'ai cherché aussi ce petit plus qui explique leur complicité : ce sont des amis d'enfance. Pas étonnant qu'ils se comprennent à demi mots. Et qu'ils semblent avoir du plaisir dans leur travail. Merci Maxime et Jonathan.
 Yes, yes, there are door installers who work impeccably. And it is with this sign. This morning Maxime and Jonathan installed a door in my house at the front and another leading to the back terrace. In addition to working quickly and efficiently, they also do it cleanly. I also looked for that little extra that explains their bond: they are childhood friends. No wonder they half-understand each other. And that they seem to have fun in their work. Thank you Maxime and Jonathan.

Jean-Claude ( le commercial), Jessy ( le maître d’œuvre) ou Daniel ( le boss), ont en tout temps, été à l’écoute, sérieux, compétents, courtois. Le service est très professionnel!
J’ai été tellement satisfaite que je suis à la veille de leur soumettre un projet plus important car je reconnais qu’ils sont tout à fait à la hauteur de mes attentes.

On est très content du résultat.
Equipe d'installation très sympa, professionnelle, efficace et compétente.
Chef d'entreprise excellent tout simplement (très bons conseils. passionné, aimable, disponible et plusieurs visites à domicile avant/après).
Parmi les nombreuses autres compagnies que nous avons rencontrées, nous recommandons celle-ci.

Une belle équipe , je recommande les yeux fermés Héritage portes & fenêtres . Si vous avez des travaux à faire , vous pouvez leur faire confiance !
Very good experience from the start of the purchasing process with Jean-Claude in sales, who follows up after each call, the owner who came himself to take the measurements, very courteous, professional, Lina in customer service, and what about the installers who did a perfect job! A great team, I recommend eyes closed Heritage doors & windows. If you have work to do, you can trust them!

Service excellent de Mr Piton, j'ai contacté plusieurs compagnies et c'est le seul qui m'a fait part de la réglementation en rapport a l'ouverture des fenetres pour l'évacuation et ma proposé des alternatives au modeles des fenetres choisis initialement
Satisfait au niveau des fenêtres Fenplast, je vois une belle différence versus mes anciennes fenetres. Suivi automatisé de la compagnie au niveau de la production et sondage apres installation.
Quelques reserves sur l'installation, j'ai mentionné quelques ajustements a faire ou il manquait d'isolant mais cela a été corrigé. J'avais prit soin également de mettre des baches partout pour protéger mon plancher mais malheureusement l'installateur retire tout pour nettoyer vers 15h et par la suite continue de travailler donc par conséquent il salit la maison au grand complet. il serait plus avisé de retirer les baches a la fin des travaux

Excellent service from Mr Piton, I contacted several companies and he was the only one who told me about the regulations regarding the opening of windows for evacuation and offered me alternatives to the window models initially chosen.
Satisfied with Fenplast windows, I see a great difference compared to my old windows. Automated monitoring of the company at the production level and survey after installation.
Some reservations on the installation, I mentioned some adjustments to be made where insulation was missing but it has been corrected. I had also taken care to put tarpaulins everywhere to protect my floor, but unfortunately the installer removed everything to clean around 3 p.m. and then continued to work, therefore he soiled the entire house. it would be wiser to remove the tarpaulins at the end of the work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year, this company replaced four old windows and an old patio door in our 1960s house. The door was slightly moved for which a mason had to come close the wall where the old door used to be. They advised us to use a mason they do business with. Due to some miscommunication another person was sent to fix the wall and he did a bad job. We sent pictures by message in the evening, the next day somebody came to redo the entire wall without a complaint, when we got back from work in the evening the job was splendidly fixed.
We are very happy with the advice we received from the salesman (Richard) (for the types of window, the sizes and proportions of the different panes) and for his aftercare; he stopped by afterwards to make sure we were happy with their service/products and to give some information on how to care for the new windows/door. He also sent someone to fix a scratch that was left during installation.
The team that installed the windows was quick and polite and did not leave too much of a mess.
One of the things for which we chose this company is that they are not bullsh*tting about the quality of their Fenplast windows. We heard another company brag about how their windows are of German design and super good quality, however when asked for the windows' Energy Star rating numbers that company was very secretive and evasive. Heritage Portes & Fenetres just gave these numbers in their tender which enabled us to check the Energy Star rating of the different windows and the patio door on the Natural Resources Canada website.
All in all we are very happy having done business with them. If we ever decide to do the basement windows as well we will definitely call them.
