★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait affaire avec la vitrerie Brunelle pour l’installation de deux portes d’entrée et d’une porte patio.
Donald, le vendeur, a fait un bon travail (ponctuel, appel avant de venir, poli et professionnel).
Les deux équipes d’installateurs ont également fait un très bon travail. Efficaces, minutieux et courtois. Jean-Michel nous a même donné d’excellents conseils.
Xavier, le chargé de projet, a fait un super suivi. Très proactif et on a senti qu’il se souciait réellement de notre satisfaction.
Seul bémol: entre le moment de la signature et le moment où le chargé de projet a pris notre contrat en main, ce fut quasi impossible d’avoir un suivi et ce, même s’ils étaient en retard sur la date prévue des travaux.
Nous avons dû appeler de multiples fois car la responsable ne retournait pas nos appels.
Malgré cela, je referais affaire avec eux.
We did business with Brunelle Glass for the installation of two entrance doors and a patio door.
Donald, the seller, did a good job (punctual, call before coming, polite and professional).
The two teams of installers also did a very good job. Efficient, thorough and courteous. Jean-Michel even gave us excellent advice.
Xavier, the project manager, did a great follow-up. Very proactive and we felt that he really cared about our satisfaction.
Only downside: between the moment of signing and the moment the project manager took charge of our contract, it was almost impossible to have a follow-up, even if they were late on the scheduled date of the work.
We had to call multiple times because the manager wouldn't return our calls.
Despite this, I would do business with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are installing bad products, in my case it was Dimensions Doors. The installation was not good either, from 4 doors, 2 had problems and they need service. And the service was as bad as the product and installation, so I would avoid them in the future.
