★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It take so long for the instalation and they're late ,they dont install in exact date and couple default on instalation visible crack on my wall and cold air going inside house from the door installed, I complain this more than two weeks ago and they dont response by sending somebody to fix it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salesman was very polite when he came. The crew were very efficient and respectable: I was alone in the house with them and never felt uncomfortable nor nervous. The windows and doors are well crafted...we noticed a difference almost immediately for the better! When they made an error they quickly fixed it with
no problems. Extremely satisfied with this company! Good in quality and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORKERS DON'T WEAR MASKS WHEN THEY'RE INSIDE THE HOUSE INSTALLING WINDOWS. They were breathing and coughing very loudly which made me feel uncomfortable approaching them to ask if they can put masks on. I find it very disrespectful that they don't wear any protective gear to ensure the health and safety of their customers. I understand that in this line of work it's hard to social distance, but MASKS SHOULD BE WORN BY EVERYONE AT ALL TIMES. I would not recommend this company to anyone during a pandemic.
