Unacceptable delay. Bad measurement. Bad break.. To be redone twice. Materials of poor quality. More than a year to complete the work…… Demands to be paid in full even if the work is not up to standard …..

Aucune excuse, aucune compensation. Mauvaise communication entre eux. Très mauvais approche client de la designer. Expérience pénible. Finition de faible qualité. Clé en main cher et j'ai dû gérer plusieurs choses moi-même. Je ne recommande pas. Coordination of work unacceptable, arduous, incompetent. Unreasonable delays; more than 100 days of work, without cooking. No excuse, no compensation. Bad communication between them. Very bad client approach of the designer. Painful experience. Low quality finish. Turnkey expensive and had to handle several things myself. I do not recommend.

Très soucieuse du bonheur de ses clients, très attentionnée aux détails, elle a même réussi à nous dépanner à la dernière minute avec les comptoirs puisque notre fournisseur nous a fait faux bond. Je suis extrêmement satisfaite du résultat de ma cuisine qui est fonctionnelle, magnifique et de qualité. Le design, la qualité des matériaux, la livraison et l'installation (en une journée!!), tout a été parfait, en plus du délai qui a été respecté. Cliente très satisfaite !! Un énorme merci à toute l'équipe !! Je vous recontacte dans 1 an pour la salle de bain ! :) What wonderful customer service!! Dany was truly exceptional, from start to finish! Very concerned about the happiness of her customers, very attentive to detail, she even managed to help us out at the last minute with the counters since our supplier let us down. I am extremely satisfied with the result of my kitchen which is functional, beautiful and of high quality. The design, the quality of the materials, the delivery and the installation (in one day!!), everything was perfect, in addition to the deadline which was respected. Very satisfied customer!! A huge thank you to the whole team!! I'll contact you in 1 year for the bathroom! :)

Lors de notre première visite, ce fut un coup de coeur pour notre cuisiniste/designer France. Elle a su répondre à tous nos besoins et elle a apporté une attention particulière aux détails qui font toute la différence dans notre nouvelle cuisine. Nous avons eu des retours rapides lorsque nous avions des questions dernières minutes durant les travaux de préparation de l'espace afin d'accueillir les futurs armoires. Finalement nos installateurs deux hommes d'expérience ont réalisé une installation à la hauteur de nos attentes. We had a great experience with the Creabec team, despite a slight delay in the production and delivery of our kitchen. During our first visit, it was a crush on our kitchen designer / designer France. She knew how to meet all our needs and she paid special attention to the details that make all the difference in our new kitchen. We had quick feedback when we had last minute questions during the space preparation work to accommodate future cabinets. Finally, our installers, two experienced men, carried out an installation that met our expectations.
