I will just mention that I do not know why you are not able to find a 2 1/8 holesaw to drill your handles and locks..?♂️

Selon moi, il se démarque par leur professionnalisme mais surtout par leur service clientèle qui est croyez moi exceptionnelle !!!!
Ils ont également un excellent service après vente, très bon suivi ! ont sens que nous sommes pris en charge et qu'ont peut leur faire confiance.
As a distributor of their product, I want to mention that they have all the merits. It's an excellent company! They offer very good products. In my opinion, it stands out by their professionalism but especially by their customer service that is believe me exceptional !!!!
They also have great after sales service, very good follow up! make sense that we are cared for and that they can be trusted.

"Le souci du détail et un service irréprochable nous démarquent, et ce, depuis 1988". À vrai dire allez ailleurs même si c'est un peu plus cher... J'ai essayé de contacter le service après vente comme ils m'ont demandé, laissé deux messages...et jamais eu de retour d'appel.

"Attention to detail and impeccable service have set us apart since 1988". Actually go elsewhere even if it is a little more expensive ... I tried to contact the after sales service as they asked me, left two messages ... and never got a call back.

We reported an issue with the window frame being cracked and 3 months later we are still waiting for service, and the company has not even made any attempt to contact us or come take a look at the issue. The spot where it cracked even looks like they had tried to repair it before delivery, meaning they knew they were delivering a defective product.
