★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons acheté un beau Spa à cet endroit cet hiver. Le prix était très bon et acheté local nous intéressait énormément.
Premièrement, nous avons eux quelques problèmes de communication avec le vendeur. On nous avait garantie la livraison en mai 2021 et on l'a reçu en Octobre dernier. (le seul magasin qui avait fait une commande un an d'avance selon le vendeur). Nous comprenons le problème de la pandémie mais il était difficile d'avoir l'heure juste avec le vendeur...
Le Spa manquait des lumières dès l'arrivé (Problème de production) et ceci a été changé par le technicien. Carignan m'a quand même demandé de payer la facture sur ce changement. J'ai dû expliqué que mon Spa n'avait pas encore un mois et que je ne paierai rien pour ca (Garantie). Le dossier c'est réglé.
Pour finir, nous avons eux des conseils pour bien s'occuper de notre eau. Cependant, on nous a vendu beaucoup de produit (+ de 200$ au départ) et selon quelques experts, certains ne nous seront jamais utile..
Bref, beau magasin pour acheter local (Ca fait du bien d'encourager une entreprise de chez nous). Cependant, le service nécessite quelques améliorations dont une meilleure communication.

 We bought a beautiful Spa at this location this winter. The price was very good and bought local was of great interest to us.
First, we have them some communication problems with the seller. We were guaranteed delivery in May 2021 and received it last October. (the only store that had ordered a year in advance according to the seller). We understand the pandemic problem, but it was difficult to get the facts straight with the seller ...
The Spa lacked lights upon arrival (production problem) and this was changed by the technician. Carignan still asked me to foot the bill for this change. I had to explain that my Spa was not yet a month old and that I will not pay anything for it (Guarantee). The file is settled.
Finally, we have them advice on how to take good care of our water. However, we were sold a lot of product (over $ 200 initially) and according to some experts, some will never be useful to us.
In short, a nice store to buy local (It feels good to encourage a business from here). However, the service needs some improvements including better communication.
