H	Hani Mehrez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother had lung cancer stage four and the hospital staff was great. They spoke English and French which was great. The staff in palliative care was amazing. So kind and compassionate. I want to thank the staff. Amen.
G	Gaby Riel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few days ago I got into the ER and was very weak and vulnerable. The paramedic took my health insurance card and never gave it back. When I called today to check if they had it they said they didnt and that they couldnt do anything for me. No initiatives, no reassurance that they would try and see with the paramedics if they had it. NOTHING. I have to reorder my health insurance card, all over again. Not impressed . And people say I got trust issues…did I say i also waited 6 hours on a wheelchair, before I gatherer’d my strength and decided to get up and leave on my own and grab a taxi. I am disgusted by how rude they have been with me while I was so vulnerable. Worst service ever. 0 compassion.
S	So nice Kollias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second worst hospital next to hospital St Eustache, imagine making people wait 13 hours to see a doctor and then make you an appointment for 2 days later and you wait another 4 hours even when you have an appointment. Don’t waist your time or patience go elsewhere , if I could give it less then 1 star I would
S	Sina Jaber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to the ER for irregular heartbeats and pain radiating to my left shoulder and left arm. It’s currently 5:15 am and i arrived at 3:30pm, i will let you do the math on how long i’ve been sitting here. Do not use this place for emergencies!

She didn’t even take any notes on my condition and made me wait for 5 hours on a wheel chair. She told me to go to scare coeur. Finally when the doctor saw me he didn’t even refer to spinal specialist. He didn’t even check I had a heniated disc, just provided naproxens. I had to go to the emergency again the next day to another hospital, they took me in right away made me see a specialist and took the necessary steps. I will not recommend anyone to go to cite de la sante hospital. It’s the worse!

Please improve the call center service, people healthy is very important. Also I am learning French and there is not directions in English. That is our right.
G	Gabriel Scarlat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sorry for this review but this is my opinion based on my own experiences. From bad to very bad, the hospital administration must be replaced. Emergency department can be named funeral preparation department...they don't understand the meaning of emergency and how to act. Blood test...almost 2 months to have an appointment and they don't care about your appointment time... Radiology department? Forget about, for sure you will die until they offer you an appointment date.

My son is now 7 he was rushed to this hospital after hitting his head and vomited they had us wait for ours and have. attitude and said it was normal and to let him sleep. My third experience I went early with a dr note did a total of four ours not too bad and my sister didn't have a bad experience so I gave another chance I shocked my self pretty bad and I been and the hospital since 6pm till 1 am for the evaluation nurse to tell me in not an emergency and that's about a 12 hour wait do as you please. No covid protocols . I see no cleaning by the way . My friend brought her daughter in with a gash on her forehead she waited from 5pm till 3am to be told it's not an emergency so she left and got seen somewhere else quickly . Very sad about our health care system 130 I will go home hopefully I'll be ok. Will try to find a clinic but even to make an appointment with your doctor or on rvsq is hard but I'll take my chances compare to this hospital. I feel like the new should cover more about the horrible system in Quebec .
