★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soyez prudents. Le service et le prix sont excellents à l'achat. J'ai fait affaire avec la compagnie Air Pur Québec l'an dernier et quand j'ai eu des problèmes, je n'ai pas eu de retour. Nous n'avons jamais reçu le crédit d'impôt promis et le numéro de téléphone n'était plus valide. Donc aucun moyen de contacter le ''propriétaire''. Toutefois, j'avais le numéro du technicien qui est maintenant le même que celui de cette nouvelle compagnie et qui a la même adresse sur le boulevard Métropolitain. Allez voir les derniers commentaires pour Air Pur Québec et vous comprendrez qu'on a affaire à des gens qui ouvrent une nouvelle compagnie chaque année sans envoyer les reçus d'impôts ni honorer leurs garanties. Allez voir sur le site du registre des entreprises. Faites vos recherches, c'est un groupe de techniciens qui ouvrent leur compagnie à l'avance et roulent leur bosse chacun leur tour. De mon côté, j'attends avec impatience la réponse que me donnera ici le propriétaire. Monsieur, seriez-vous prêt à me rembourser le crédit d'impôt comme vous me l'aviez chaleureusement promis? Et ne faites pas croire que vous n'êtes pas la même compagnie ou que je suis de la concurrence. J'ai vu votre nom au registre des entreprises et je sais qui vous êtes.
Be careful. The service and the price are excellent for the purchase. I did business with Air Pur Québec last year and when I had problems, I did not get a return. We never received the promised tax credit and the phone number was no longer valid. So no way to contact the '' owner ''. However, I had the technician's number which is now the same as that of this new company and which has the same address on the Metropolitan Boulevard. Check out the latest comments for Air Pur Québec and you will understand that we are dealing with people who open a new company each year without sending tax receipts or honoring their guarantees. Check out the business register website. Do your research is a group of technicians who open their company in advance and roll their hump each turn. For my part, I look forward to the answer that will give me here the owner. Sir, would you be willing to repay me the tax credit as you had warmly promised? And do not believe that you are not the same company or that I am competitive. I saw your name in the business register and I know who you are.

Tellement professionnels, gentils et ils sont très discrets et vraiment attentionnés, rien de saleté ou de traineries après leur départ.
Leurs prix sont vraiment abordables, et il y a plusieurs bonnes marques de thermopompe.
André m'a très bien expliqué quel type d'appareil , de thermopompe j'avais besoin selon mon espace, mes goûts et mon budget. Cette compagnie n'a rien a voir avec une compagnie qui offrait ce service mentionnée dans un autre commentaire. J'ai fais mes recherches avant d'officialisé mon achat avec ABE Climatisation, et tout ce que j'ai trouvé ce sont que de très bons commentaires et je peux vous confirmer que tout cela est vrai. Merci encore André pour ton excellent service et ma thermopompe a changé ma vie :-)

A huge thank you to André and his colleague Georges. I am more than satisfied with my purchase and the excellent service I received from ABE Climatisation Inc. So professional, nice and very discreet and really attentive, nothing dirty or trainings after their departure.
Their prices are really affordable, and there are several good brands of heat pumps.
André explained very well what type of device, heat pump I needed according to my space, my tastes and my budget. This company has nothing to do with a company that offered this service mentioned in another comment. I did my research before formalizing my purchase with ABE Air Conditioning, and all that I found is that very good comments and I can confirm that all this is true. Thanks again André for your excellent service and my heat pump changed my life :-)
