Personne ne s'est présenté au rdv! J'ai dû appeler plusieurs fois pour finalement me faire répondre par texto qu'il ne pouvait pas me parler de vive voix car il y avait trop de bruit...?? Je suis la cliente, je te dis que ça fait 2 heures que j'attend et tu me réponds ça?! Il ne m'a pas réécrit ? N'importe quoi.
Nobody showed up for the meeting! I had to call several times to finally get a text reply that he couldn't speak to me verbally because there was too much noise ... ?? I'm the client, I'm telling you it's been 2 hours that I'm waiting for and you answer me that ?! He didn't rewrite me ? Whatever.

J'ai eu beaucoup de problème avec mon air climatisé (carte difficile à avoir de Carrier), Mais Wilson a été d'une grande aide tout le long et il a su trouver une solution bon rapport qualité prix pour nous. Lui et son collègue sont professionnels et il a arrangé son horaire pour pouvoir nous servir plutôt.
I had a lot of problem with my air conditioning (Carrier card hard to get), but Wilson was a great help all along and found a good value for money solution for us. He and his colleague are professional and he arranged his schedule to be able to serve us instead.

Un service qui a dépassé mes attentes. J’avais une problématique urgente, l’entreprise a su répondre à ma demande et résoudre le tout la journée même malgré le contexte actuel. Service hors-pair de la réceptionniste et un retour d’appel très rapidement du technicien. Je recommande cette entreprise. Merci ???

J'ai acheté une maison en mai et dès la première canicule dans la même semaine que le déménagement, la thermopompe a gelée, puis faisait des short cycles à répétition. Les zones de ventilation ne fonctionnaient pas. Les gars sont venus malgré la surcharge d'appels quand j'ai expliqué qu'il faisait 29 dans la chambre de mon jeune bébé! Ils ont fait le extra mile ce soir là et sont répartis longtemps après la limite du couvre feu!
I bought a house in May and from the first heat wave in the same week as the move, the heat pump froze, then was doing short cycles repeatedly. The ventilation zones were not working. The guys came despite the call overload when I explained it was 29 in my young baby's room! They went the extra mile that night and are dispatched long past the curfew limit!

J'avais besoin d'une pièce pour mon système de climatisation, ils m'ont rapidement orienté vers le fournisseur ou je pouvais me procurer la pièce à bon prix. C'est rare de nos jours que quelqu'un prenne le temps de dépanner un client comme ça, merci Solutionair!
I needed a part for my air conditioning system, they quickly directed me to the supplier where I could get the part at a good price. It's rare these days that someone takes the time to help out a customer like that, thank you Solutionair!

Here is my experience: -Called to schedule an appointment. Was told there was a 90$ fee for the estimate. I agreed. Estimate was scheduled for Monday, January 20th, at 8:30 am. -Received a call on the 20th at 7:58 am, asking if the appointment could be moved forward to 9:30 am, rather than 11:00 am. I mentioned that the estimate was supposed to be at 8:30. The technician showed up at 9:30 am. -Before leaving, the technician told me that he would be emailing me the estimate within a period of 48 hours. I paid the balance of the estimate (90$ + taxes). -After 96 hours, I still had not received my estimate that I had paid for. I called and asked when I would receive it. I was promised that I would get it by the end of the day. The exact words were (in French): "d'ici la fin de la journée, sans faute". -I did not receive the estimate by the end of the day. At that point, I no longer have any trust in the company or the service provided, and will not do business out of principle. This has been my experience, and because of it, I felt compelled to share this with others with the hope that this company will understand the value of keeping their word.
