★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has the looks of old-fashioned smoke meat restaurant. When you go inside you're traveled back to a earlier time. It this case it is nice! The smoked meat was tender and juicy, i order the medium fat. The french fries were a little flimsy. The sauerkraut was alright. The pickle was decent and a good palate cleanser. Good experience pending how far it is from downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to this restaurant and wasn't let down. I had the Montreal smoked meat sandwich and it was juicy and very tasty. They have a wide variety of food options at great prices. I will definitely be back when I'm in Montreal again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do recommend the food here and is usually very tasteful, but...that being said. There is more to running a restaurant with good food. So is the service and the quantity in the dish. With tonight's delivery I feel a little scammed. The 2 poutines I got 1 regular and 1 gratiné, I feel cheated out on. You can clearly see on the regular one especially how its nearly half full. Plus I paid the extra cheese! For what i received and paid it should have been full like 99% of every other poutine I've received in delivery. The 2nd part to my review is based on experience in restaurant, asked multiple times for water, I had even ordered a 2nd dish and I still never received my water. Than asked for the bill and waited 20 minutes ask again, waited another 20 minutes I got up to go pay at the exit a d was told I had to wait at the table, sorry but it shouldn't take 40 minutes to pay a bill. Maybe consider a better system where we could order the food on an app assigned to the table and pay when complete the same way. Would increase service timing and also easier on the waitresses on busy days. I removed 1 star based on service and the other based on food quantity on delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fun experience we had at Jarry Smoked Meat. We are 4 co- workers that finally had an outing for dinner since last November.
We were met by the Manager Victor who graciously brought us to our table and came around during the evening to make sure everything was to our liking. Our Server Stephanie was very professional and attentive to all our needs. Filling our water and coffee as we needed. Our meal was delicious with the French Fries overflowing!!! I had the Club Sandwich and the pieces of chicken were huge. Thank you to Alex and Jimmy for such a pleasant and fun evening. Looking forward to coming back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We don't need to say more than :"Excellent smoked meat 24/7" but we will anyway. Amazingly prepared, perfectly seasoned and cooked, juicy meat on super fresh bread in great portions make Jarry Smoked meat a definite contender for the best in town. The poutines and sides are also delicious enough to practise some menu exploration on many more visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered on skip the dish for the first time last weekend and was disappointed. Received the package as shown on the picture and when I contacted skip the dish they said they can only refund 50% of the item that was destroyed. They said they are not responsible for the order or the delivery but happy to take the full amount? Ended up throwing 2full dish since it was all soggy. However, the plates that were sealed like in the poutine boxes were fine and the taste was good. Food wise I think it would've been great but the services and the answer I got I was not satisfied at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last minute smoke meat pick in the city and was pleasantly surprised. Being from out of town this location was not a regular haunt or in rotation. Smoke meat was fantastic both lean and medium options were amazing. Server Stephanie was also pleasant and extremely kind, facilitated a quick order and the food was extremely fresh and well presented. Definitely put this in the Montreal smoked meat rotation!
