★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad bad bad. Sunny side up busted, potatoes tasting bad oil, charged extra for coffee. Oh and no salt, pepper, and topping for toast. Too bad, last time it was delicious at the same place. This morning 7:39.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, my nightly trip to A&W was again not so joyful... A guy called Daryn served me, giving the order I was under the impression I was talking to an angry grumpy teenager. He was semi rude while taking the order, then proceeded in charging me extra for some honey for my 17$ chicken strips, charged extra for a weak lemonade. Top it off with him wearing sportswear pants and top, almost dumped my food in my lap... I trusted in the mighty apple struddel to fix all this. Nope, he gave me an old one that was dry snd lukewarm... No A&W had ever charged me for those things before. The guy froze when I asked for his name. He asked why? I said, I want to write a review to make employee of the month... I think hes pocketing the money...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The other day, my doorbell rang around noon. Usual expectation of a Puro or UPS package. No, it was a A&W delivery bag. Euhh? I went to see the neighbor, it wasn't his. Oh well, I took it inside and ate it, the food was good.

They have no idea how to work the cash machine. Our order is always off by 3-5 dollars.
Employees require more training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a quiet gem. The staff is so friendly. The beyond burger is crazy good. The grand papa was huge. I did have 1 situation and it was fixed within minutes. I reccommand this place. 5star.
Don t come Friday to Sunday. It's a 1 star.
Apple pie was soaked in oil. I was told no more apple pies at 8pm. Fries were horrible. Coffee tasted old and was so bad. They should close on the weekend. I never coming back on weekend. Thinking about never coming back at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to order a junior hamburger. Got a chicken burger with pickles. Went back after getting home. They didn’t want to give me a refund. Has to go in the morning when the manager is there. You know miss work for $5. Not normal. Sorry. Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I order from this A&W on Uber eats or skip I am disappointed. The hash browns came burnt and were clearly fried twice. The coffee was old and the eggs were turning green. The quality of food is horrible. I have certainly learned my lesson and will not be ordering from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Beyond combo with extra Beyond pattie, as seen in the photo. I got an extra real meat instead. Only noticed after the first bite. Extremely upset, I've been vegan for 11 years, and it makes me sick to my stomach. I can't believe you did this, and I will never trust you again.
