★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was hardly anyone in the restaurant when I walked in, I placed my order and waited over 15 minutes. The food however was fresh and satisfying. But, my order was not a big one to have waited for so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Wendy's. It has become a Friday night ritual before the kid's activities. However,this particular visit had me waiting 30 minutes in line only to be told it would take another 10 minutes to get 4 regular trios. All the while Uber and 'skip' orders were given priority. This is the second time in two weeks I get the same slow service and poor excuse that they got a lot of take out orders.
Wendy's how could you prioritize delivery services that are taking your hard earned profits over a customer who trekked the family to their store?
I complained on their online feedback service, asked to be called back, but have not heard from Wendy's.
Very disappointed Wendy's, your food is always great, but the service lately had been lacking that friendly and speedy service. For this Friday night meal we took our business elsewhere.
