★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal conseillé sur l'achat d'un rail qui c'est avéré non compatible avec les spots que j'avais déjà, j'ai du assumer seul les frais . J'avais pourtant apporté un spot lors de l'achat. J'avais un peu abîmé le rail en essayant inséré les spots.
Bad advice on the purchase of a rail which turned out to be incompatible with the spots I already had, I had to bear the costs alone. However, I had brought a spot when I bought it. I had damaged the rail a little while trying to insert the spots.

Aucune tentative de résolution de probleme, bien que je ne suis même pas venu demander de remboursement... En gros, leur culture d'entreprise c'est " je prends ton argent, mais je veux pas te revoir. " Magasin à éviter. C'est dommage.
Staff on the defensive, not overly understanding and aggressive. A $ 500 loan purchase, but no after-sales service offered. No problem solving attempt, although I didn't even come to ask for a refund ... Basically their corporate culture is “I take your money, but I don't want to see you again.” Store to be avoided. Too bad.

Jusqu'à présent le monsieur, supposément un des propriétaires, ne sait même pas la raison pour laquelle je suis venu, car il ne s'est même pas donner la peine de demander, Que puis-je faire pour vous. J'ai juste eu le temps d'expliquer qu'il y avait une craque sur la vitre du luminaire acheter qu'il m'a répondu, je ne peux rien faire pour vous. Et il a même osé dire que c'est impossible que la vitre soit craquer et il m'a traiter de menteurs. J'étais seulement venu demander, s'ils avaient un service de réparation de vitre au magasin et j'étais prêt à payer pour ça, vue que je ne savais pas comment la vitre s'était craqué. Vous êtes pitoyable. Revoyez vos propriétaires parce que vous faîtes dure et je vous garantis que si vous le gardez comme propriétaire, vous aller continuer à recevoir des mauvais commentaires, des plaintes et même fermer boutique ! Ou bien qu'il ne travaille plus au magasin c'est tout ! Il est pas fait pour le service a la clientèle votre proprio. C'est simple.
If I could put 0 stars I would. Very unfriendly staff. Why work in sales if you don't want to do customer service?
So far the gentleman, supposedly one of the owners, doesn't even know why I came, because he didn't even bother to ask, What can I do for you. I just had time to explain that there was a crack on the glass of the luminaire to buy that he replied, I can not do anything for you. And he even dared to say that it's impossible for the window to crack and he called me liars. I had only come to ask, if they had a glass repair service at the store and I was willing to pay for it, as I didn't know how the glass had cracked. You are pitiful. See your owners again because you are tough and I guarantee that if you keep him as an owner, you will keep getting bad comments, complaints and even going out of business! Or that he no longer works in the store, that's all! It's not made for your landlord's customer service. It's simple.
