★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience for insurance claims... unprofessional, unpolite, they never finished the job properly, my fog lights stopped working when i got my car back, they said its not their fault...and they arent responsible anything. Terrible staff all of them are rude and condescending. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS..

Be very careful with Fix auto,
Insurance claim
first bid over $ 8000.00
I questioned them and they lowered their quote to $ 6000.00
I received a second quote for $ 2500.00.
They use every cheap trick in the book to make life difficult. If you do not award them the contract they charge you for the estimation.
Be very careful with Fix auto.
BTW Fix auto and Promutuel adjustor, SOMETHING FISHY. They would not cover my 2500 but more than willing to pay 6000.00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My insurance company sent me to this place after an accident. C ant say that the service was horrible but there were a few things I was unhappy with.
1) roughly 1 year after the accident the painted front bumper started having paint bubbles and eventually chipped paint.
2) The paper work given to me showed that a wheel alignment had been done and charged. A month later when I had new tires installed the mechanic showed me on the machine that I needed an alignment (therefore fixit charged but not done)
3) these guys simply decided to make up a random number for the milage on my car when they did the repairs (instead of getting the actual read) That became a problem when I sold my car. Person (buyer) got a car fax done the accident obviously showed but the mileage also showed higher then it actually was. Getting it corrected was a pain in the butt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I been referred her by my car insurance, they gave me an appointment and my car was already inspected and they provided me with an estimate, my car is already there and they even provided me with a rental car which is amazing.. I'll wait until the car is done to finalize my Notes here. Update Dec 2019 I got my car back and it looks amazing they respected their word.. I was happy that they offered real time notifications about the status of my car.. This saved me the hassle of calling back and inquire about the ETA..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a pleasant experience. It took 3 months to get the car back but the staff involved me throughout the whole process and kept me informed. Answered all my calls and questions with professionalism. Catherine was on the ball and JP did a great job describing everything that went on with my car. Definitely a 5 star experience.
