J'avais besoin de pièces d'acier pour installer sur une poutre en bois, j'ai écris un courriel et au départ on m'a répondu très rapidement, puis lorsque j'ai pris le temps de décrire le projet en détail à la personne qui m'avait initialement répondu, j'ai n'ai jamais eu de retour de courriel.... service très décevant.
 I think they are only looking for big projects ...
I needed pieces of steel to install on a wooden beam, I wrote an email and initially I was answered very quickly, and then when I took the time to describe the project in detail to the Person who had initially answered me, I have never had a return email .... service very disappointing.
