★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little frustrating getting to this location because of it's lack of access directly off the service road. Despite this, parking is plenty and the facilities are clean and modern.
I did not purchase from this store however the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable about the product I was enquiring about.
I cannot comment on the prices versus quality since I did not experience any of these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Installation was good and professional. Service at the store was great at first, but as soon as issues started everything went bad. They say they will get back to X amount of time, but don't and you need to chase for updates. They say they called back but left no message.
After installation was done, I alerted them of issues. They assured me I would get a call back. We are 2 1/2 weeks later and no one has reached out. I guess they got their money, installation done, so customer is not important anymore.

UPDATE: They finally reached out to me… coincidentally after the above review and addressed the issue. For that reason, I'm adding a 3rd "star", however, it is unfortunate that a customer must go through such an ordeal to get decent service.

If things go wrong, be aware that they will not hesitate to be arrogant, disrespectful, insulting and negotiate fiercely to their advantage. This company is in desperate need of problem solving skills to enhance their after sale customer service experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good selection of flooring and tiles. I purchased tiles for my kitchen backsplash a few years back and just recently they did my floors. Emy the Laval manager is EXCEPTIONAL and Yvan who installed my floors was kind, efficient and very knowledgeable. Plancher 2000 Laval, thank you once again for the great service!
