★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: The owner of this store is very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. But unfortunately, the manager Olivier is extremely rude, arrogant and careless. He doesn’t even want to talk to the customer. You can tell by the way he conducts himself that he hates his job. I’m glad i didn’t meet him in my previous visits. What a shame !!!
This is an upscale nursery for all sorts of plants. Understaffed when i visited but still enjoyed the experience and the fine products you can get. I was able to find all the plants i was looking for. I highly recommend this place !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE gardening spot. Look here first if youre about the plants. Otherwise a home or reno depot could suffice. Lots of variety. Heirloom and bio seeds and great deals on young plants and everything else. Knowledgeable staff as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I come here it is such a joy. Not just with the great variety of plants that I cannot find anywhere else in person but also the staff.
I read over the negative reviews and was shocked because each time I visit the staff is so attentive and helpful. Every single person I ask for help from is always so friendly.
If you experience anything different perhaps keep in mind they might be understaffed or having a bad day. This is by far my favorite place to shop for plants! I literally drive here from Saint-Lazare!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were satisfied with our shopping experience this time. The cashier serving us was polite and bilingual.
Note : This was our 1st visit back to this store since 2019 after an extemely rude experience with a very young but mouthy manager (claimed to be) who gave us a very hard time about a plant recently purchased that was sickly and not doing well.
After accusing of basically incompetence with the said plant, never hearing back from the head office of Zellinger.
We may be experienced gardeners but that was an unforgettable event.
Appreciate the prompt response from the Owner concerning my comments. I happen to look over others who have reviewed your locale and see that the same individual, as recently as last year, is still treating your customers in the same manners. Addressing clients with thank you s is fine but if your person in charge has not been reprimanded for unprofessional behavior towards your clients, then it's time to act on that.
Thank you for your efforts on behalf of all who support your enterprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection of plant and herb. Long line on weekend. The staff should be more strict to customer cutting in line to pay. I been standing over 20 min to pay and I see staff letting other customer cut in and pay.
