 For me, everything is done over the phone. Advice, purchase, delivery planning. I really appreciated that they took the time to advise me and answer my questions on several occasions. In addition, they have good prices for cedars. I'm waiting for my delivery :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have ever seen. They came and dropped the trees on a common drive way, blocking fire exits out of the building. They refused to put them in the yard (which I can understand) and refused to move them to a safer location when we pointed out the obstruction. They referred to a "contract" that they never gave us a copy of and we hadn’t signed. Their delivery guys were extemely rude. We were so appauled by the whole experience. I had to call 6-7x before anyone in the office picked up. They kept referring to this "contract" which I had never seen (I later found an unsigned copy buried in one of the trees they dropped off), and when I told them that they were obstructing a fire exit and a common driveway, they told me too bad, have your wife move them (these 80lb trees)... Do yourselves a favour and choose a company that exhibits more professionalism in dealing with clients and is more honest and forth coming.
In response to the owner's comments, that was not the source of my dissatisfaction. I am upset that the trees were left obstructing a fire exit and a driveway shared by multiple units. I am also upset that when this was pointed out to the person making the delivery, he was extremely rude to my wife. I am also upset that it took me several attempts and many phone calls to reach someone, who was not at all helpful or at least understanding to the situation. Finally, 3 of the trees that were delivered did not survive being transplanted.
