★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all they have beautiful tiles and a lot of choices. Best priced compared to others on heated floors. What I didn't like is while we were looking around and waiting for someone to come over to guide us through the massive collection, they all sat behind the counter chatting and drinking coffee. Not one person gave us 1min of their time. Not even a good morning! After about 15min my husband needed to go over and ask that whenever they have time and finished socializing they could attend to their customers. The male salesperson was rude, saying that they were there and if needed we could walk up and ask. Customer service? Making customers feel welcome and listen to their questions and give advise on their projects? No, why would he?! Eventually one of the ladies showed us what we wanted to know and helped us out. Like I said, not everything is bad, they do have a nice collection, but should work on customer service / experience

I called for price and they asked me to come ro store and I went to the store the guy didn’t even look and ask me what I’m looking for I don’t want to mention his name. After 10 minutes he asked what I’m looking for when I asked him for a quote he gave me his card and asked me to email him the photos with measurements, I stepped out of the store and sent the email right away I called the store for quote 5 days in a row they keep saying he is working on my quote. If they don’t want to provide service they can simply refuse so the customer can find what they need elsewhere. If I can give 0 starts I will 0 star. I would not recommend this their store or service.

Guillaume was particularly helpful in discussing my vision for the look I was looking to achieve and helped recommend some great options. I even needed some extra flooring due to a higher scrap rate than expected and he made sure to have the extras within one day! Highly recommend this place as your one stop solution especially for those looking for German flooring. Best selection.
