★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at Bacaro in St.Leonard. I ordered a "Italiano" pizza. I have to say it's the worst pizza ever. It didn't taste of anything. The crust was soft. I don't recommend this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Bacaro on Tuesday May 24, I was suggested to get the Porchetta pizza by my waitress Domenica. I was hesitating to order the burrata pizza or the porchetta, finally she convinced me to try the porchetta and I’m soooo happy I ordered it because it was AMAZING!!!! Domenica was so patient with me being indecisive, thank you so much for your awesome service and food! I will definitely be back!!!

The staff are very friendly and kind.
Their bar is beautiful and stocked with variety.
It was my first visit but not my husband's.
He used to enjoy the food. Specially their Margherita pizza which is why he wanted to bring me l but he was terribly disappointed this time.
I on the other hand, enjoyed my cheese pizza but found there was too much balsamic vinegar. Although I enjoyed the cheese and dough, I could not eat more than 2 pieces. The vinegary taste was over kill. Perhaps a sweet balsamic reduction would have been more fitting.
And lastly, for dessert, I had their nutella cheese cake. Which was a plain mini cheese cake, that taste just like President's Choice Mini Original cheese cakes, covered in nutella. I was disappointed it wasn't made in house.
The menu is interesting. An upgrade with the quality and/or ingredients will help them a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I ate there on August 7th. It was amazing. If I'm not mistaking our waiter was Carlos. He's service was awesome. We got an entry of calamaries which was good. I got the Chicken Carbonara Rigatoni. It was rich but good. I wish they added more brocoli. My partner enjoyed the Qubecois pizza. The mango speziato coktail was on point. The highlight of our night was the cannoli. It's the best cannoli I ate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 1/2 stars. We made a reservation via Google maps (Libro app). Service was quite slow considering we were of only 2-3 tables with clients in the restaurant). They seemed more interested on the reservations for the evening than us. We went at 4 pm. They brought our entrees at the same time as our main dish. Do you know what the word entrees mean?!!! Our main dishes were not hot (more like lukewarm). I order the Pizza Québécois and my wife the All-dressed sub. Not enough cheese on my pizza and wife found the meat in her sub was cut too small. We were very disappointed. I was hoping they would not charge for my glass of 7-Up due to the timing of the entree and main dishes but no way. Our waitress was Soir (that is what it said on our bill, think her name was Nancy). Too bad. We will not be returning.
