★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good team of sellers! High quality service, they do everything to please the client and to make the client feel satisfied. We bought a matress from this store, the seller man was very patient with us, answered all the questions, gave good advises.
The day after when we bought, we realised that we didn`t understand the details of system of payment, so we were back. The vendors provided us with all necessary information and gave us written confirmation and in plus we got another discount!

We were treated incredibly well by Robert (Jean Talon location near Langelier) who took the time to show us the different models, patiently explained to us the pros and cons of the different mattresses and was kind and patient with our elderly parents. We would very much recommend Dormez-vous to anyone.

I bought a moving base and mattress a few years ago due to a severe back problem, the sales associate said that when I move the company moves the moving bed base for the customer to ensure the base does not break (this was a selling point for me).
I called customer service today to set up a pick up for a move, they told me the company does not do this and that the sales associate must not have been truthful as the company does not move moving bases.
I tried to call this location several times to get the issue resolved, no one answers the phone. It is 2pm and the store should not be closed therefore calls should be answered.
Be very careful as to the information that sales person gives you, other reviewers have noted their deceptive practices at this location.
If the issue is not resolved I will be reporting this to Consumer Protection Office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service at Dormez-vous was EXCELLENT from start to finish. We visited two stores. The staff in both stores is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, and THEY SMILE! Customer service is at the top of their list. We originally bought one type of mattress after three weeks, we decided to change and bought separate mattresses because we wanted to be able to raise and lower our beds to our individual needs. No hassle change. Walked into the store, drew up all the necessary papers, within a week the mattresses were changed and WE LOVE OUR MATTRESSES! Would definitely recommend Dormez-vous for quality, price and service.

I had a problem with one of the mattress bases which I ended up fixing myself...with no help or feed back from customer service (phone line and website). Definitely not recommended this store and this company to all my friends and family. Unprofessional and lacking respect towards a client who gave over 4000.00 $. Not cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is our first time with Dormez Vous and we are having a terrible experience so far. We were told the mattress would be delivered on Nov 25th, no delivery was made and we had to call customer service to find out that the mattress was out of stock. Re-scheduled delivery for Dec 4th, we received a call with a 3 hour window. No delivery was made and again WE had to call customer service to find out that the delivery driver couldn't make it and we need to re-schedule again. No follow up with the client and no regard for our time. First and last time dealing with this company, avoid at all costs.
