★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propriétaire aimable et bonne conseillère pour un futon. Ils les fabriquent sur place. Les étoiles en moins sont pour le manque d'aide pour transporter le futon quand on est allé le chercher. La fin de semaine, la propriétaire est seule. Quand on est allé chercher notre futon, on n'a eu aucune aide pour amener la base du futon et le matelas à l'auto. Même pas un diable pour aider à lever les boîtes pensantes.
Je suis encore relativement jeune et fort mais la base de métal doit faire plus de 45 kg facilement. Ma femme m'a aidé mais c'est impossible à transporter pour une personne seule ou un couple âgé. Donc si vous voulez de l'aide, je vous conseille de passer durant la semaine en journée. Bon produit et conseils mais zéro pour la livraison.
 Friendly owner and good counselor for a futon. They make them on the spot. The fewer stars are for the lack of help to transport the futon when we went to get it. On the weekend, the owner is alone. When we went to get our futon, we had no help to bring the base of the futon and the mattress to the car. Not even a heck to help lift the thinking boxes.
I am still relatively young and strong but the metal base must be more than 45 kg easily. My wife helped me but it is impossible to carry for a single person or an elderly couple. So if you want help, I advise you to spend during the week during the day. Good product and advice but zero for delivery.

The owner is nice. Only problem is that our futons were ready a week late but we liked the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons été bien accueillis par la mère du propriétaire. Cette femme aimable a su nous guider dans le choix de notre futon que ce soit pour la base, le matelas et même la housse. On voit rapidement que ce sont des produits de qualité qui sont vendus à cet endroit. Même si nous avons finalement dépassé un peu notre budget, nous sommes plus que satisfaits de la qualité du futon choisi. Ce magasin est une belle découverte pour nous.
We were welcomed by the owner's mother. This kind woman was able to guide us in the choice of our futon that it is for the base, the mattress and even the cover. We quickly see that quality products are sold at this location. Even if we have finally exceeded our budget, we are more than satisfied with the quality of the futon chosen. This store is a beautiful find for us.

J'ai payer 1000$ et je me suis plein que le futon acheté était beaucoup trop dure sans bon sens et personne ne dort dessus tellement que c'est inconfortable! Jappel alors pour leur dire (+-1 mois plus tard)On me dit que ne n'est pas échangeable, qu'elle ne peut rien faire.... vraiment je ne trouve pas ça correct...En plus manque d'aide pour le transport et le montage de labasece fait à la maison! Je ne recommande pas d'acheter votre futon à cette endroit
The lady is nice but be careful... I paid $1000 and I was full that the futon I bought was much too hard without common sense and no one sleeps on it so much that it's uncomfortable! Then I call to tell them (+-1 month later) I am told that it is not exchangeable, that she can't do anything.... really I don't find it correct... In addition, lack of help with transporting and assembling the home-made base! I don't recommend buying your futon from this place
