★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay City Projects did the siding, trim, fascia and soffits at our house almost 6 years ago. I was pleased with the work at the time. However, now that I've seen other houses that have had Hardie board siding installed, I'm even more pleased with the way everything was installed. I overlooked many of the finer details with the trim and so forth but after seeing the sloppy workmanship of other crews, I'm relieved that we got lucky when selecting Hay City Projects. I believe Dale was the project manager at the time and the job was done well and on time. There were a couple of minor issues when the project was complete and Dale made sure they were fixed correctly and in a timely fashion.

Pat was so easy to deal with, helpful in selecting colours and the best trims to suit our house, and patient with some of our indecision. He was upfront about prices with no surprises or hidden fees, and stayed true to his word. The job done by Tammy and Andre was meticulous and looks incredible, and they were friendly, warm people who we felt comfortable having around our home and our family. We would highly recommend Hay City Projects for any exterior work you may need!
