The roads in the trailer park are so bad that if I have to keep driving on them I will be complaining and if my car gets broken from it they will be getting a bill

Very chill place to live. There is a lovely trail you can go for walks on right behind the trailer park

Irv Milner the owner of the park backed into my classic Car, Irv Milner did not report the incident. I told Irv Milner about it and he looked to confirm that he did it. Next time I contact Irv Milner he tells me to get body shop estimates. (This is admitting guilt.) I got two estimates. One for 2600$ one for 2800$ and gave them to Irv Milner . Irv Milner did not contact me back... after more than enough time had passed I gave Irv Milner a call. Irv Milner proceeded to tell me that he thinks my car isn't worth that much and that it still runs so it's ok. And worst of all Irv Milner told me I would have to sue him to get the money or the repairs paid for... this infuriated me beyond belief. Irv Milner doesn't understand responsibility and he treats people like trash. I will pay to fix it myself and give Irv Milner a copy of the bill. Thanks Irv Milner....

OK the roads in here need to be cleaned and I don't think these roads were EVER EVER done! Horrible pot holes cracks everywhere. The road should have been repaired years ago it is soooo bad I'm afraid I might bust my shocks in my car. You have to drive down the street as if it was a maze to avoid the pot holes.

If there was a - stars I would for sure give it like a minus 20. The upkeep..er nevermind what am I talking about, there isn't any upkeep. I'm surprised no one has ever lost a muffler or whole underside of a vehicle in the winter months because there isn't any snow removal even though the ower owes a backhoe and bobcat, however, the potholes he never fixes properly in the summer don't help either lol. This place is a joke I don't recommend living there ever. I would even let my worse enemies least favorite aunt live there haha

The RABIT TRAILS aka roads in this trailer park leave a lot to be desired There are some extremely nice cars trucks and bikes in this place ,and I was shocked to see the conditions of the roads . They are in my ( and many others odiously) many others leave a lot to be desired to say the least! One would think with the money this slumlord takes in Soon they will have to change the signage to Welcome To Aloha Trailer Park & Motocross Track Helmets and 5 point harness required beyond the gates . Please see office to sign waiver before entering .

Horrible roads. What a disgrace! This is the only time I love snow so it fills in the potholes! How can you collect monthly lot rent and keep the roads this way. Dumping snow in random places, backyards etc. I think Irv should sell this property to the funeral homes, would make a great cemetery, the graves are already dug from the potholes.

Apparently the landlord thinks it's ok to use my hydro without permission to pump water from the neighbors onto my driveway when I am not home, then throw my stuff around when my wife comes home and says something. My entire driveway is a sheet of ice.
