★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blew a wheel bearing coming from Lloydminster heading to the mountains. Had to stop for the night and try to get my parts and a shop that can fix it on a Saturday. The guys at NAPA went out of their way to call every shop and found one to get us on our way. Couldn't have asked for better service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited this napa store quite a few times over the years but I've never had better service than I did here probably just over a month ago. As an older lady I'm used to being ignored in part stores or mechanic shops but as soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by a woman who was eager to help me despite the store being extremely busy at the time. I never caught her name or the other friendly man at the desk but I will definitely be returning when I need something, Thank you napa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in here about two months ago looking for some parts for my car. I was greeted well but the experience was very unpleasant. I had a woman come up to me asking if i needed help with anything and what i was looking for. She seemed to have no clue where anything was or the parts i needed. She kept having to ask another guy working in the store. She seemed as lost as a puppy dog but acted like she ran the place. After about 15 minutes the store got busy and i had to wait more time to get someone else to help me because she had no idea and started to get frustrated and rude. After poorly attempting to help me she decided to go back and sit down at the desk and drink her coffee and just text. Eventually she left the room because she got a phone call on her cell and i never saw her till i left. For someone that is working here...she seems like she has no idea how to do her job. I was just about ready to leave and not make them a purchase when she walked out and gave up. Thanks to the guy who helped me eventually when he got the chance. I guess next time ill just have to avoid her at all costs.
