★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the expansion / renovations the prices have increased dramaticaly (shower curtain pole from $7 to $24 for the exact same pole.) New decor section is a joke and expensive as well. All the useful hardware trinkets seem to have disappeared. Lucky there are better hardware stores nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Cannot return all items at any location. Must drive back to where it was purchased. Rude Management, understaffed, and under standard service. Reasons and/stories told customer keeps changing to make you return at another Rona location.
