He went above and beyond in order to sell our house and used several avenues to advertise so that the most people saw the listing. We had numerous showings, whereas in the past we had none. He familiarized himself about our local community and was able to answer potential buyers questions. He also helped us find the perfect house in a new town. He listened exactly to the type of house we were wanting and sent us options that we haven't even considered. He was very knowledgeable of the services and pros/cons of neighborhoods in our new community. As well, he was conscientious in following Covid protocols which we were concerned about. We are so happy with our new house!!! We truly believe David made this move possible.

He went above and beyond what was expected of him. He helped moved heavy furniture and even did a dump run with left over junk from our shed.

After a day of thinking about it we decided to sell, he was so professional setting up a professional photographer and the way he worded the add and kept us in the loop was an extremely rewarding experience as all his hard work payed off as we sold the house in less than a week. We chose Nick because he was absolutely great at helping my daughter buy her first home a few months ago. Our experience with Nick from day one was absolutely phenomenal. He sold our Airdrie home in just 4 hours of hitting the MLS! We then became homeless (and stressed) in these tough real estate times, but only briefly as he worked so hard at finding our dream retirement home. We secured our dream home in Olds within 3 hours of hitting the MLS. This home checked every box possible on our want list. This was also within the same week we sold our house! Nick was always so positive, informative, and very professional. He suggested solutions that we didn’t even think of, and always kept open communication. Nick is a very caring person that is very knowledgeable, dedicated and passionate about his work as well as his surrounding communities. I can’t say enough about Nick and highly recommend him to anyone needing a realtor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I met Nick (Nicholas Martens) when we were viewing a home in Didsbury. He was representing the seller, and though he couldn’t represent us as well due to conflict of interest, he gave me his card (which I thankfully held onto). We didn’t end up buying that property, but when we found a similar listing I pulled his card out and shot him a text. Couldn’t have made a better decision.
Right from the get go, Nick was super on the ball. He always answered my calls and texts, or called me back right away if I missed him. He was patient and understanding since it was our first time buying a home, and he never had a problem explaining things (even multiples times if we needed/were confused). He’s also just a total sweetheart.
We found out today that we are officially buying the house, and Nick definitely made it all happen!! He’s amazing, 10/10 recommend him and we’ll be using him again when we eventually sell this home and upgrade to a bigger one.
