T	The Art Of Crypto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with the level of service. Took whipper snipper in for service, said it would be a week. 3 weeks later still not even looked at. Phoned in twice in that period of time, said they would check into it and call me back...they didn't. Finally picked it up and went elsewhere. People that owned it before were way better. Will not go back there for anything. Would give minus stars if I could.
t	teghan grabler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely useless. Booked a Trailer a month ago for a planned move, stressed the fact it was gonna be the long weekend and needed for 8am when they open. They wrote it in the book saying yeah no problem we are open Saturday, you can use the trailer for the weekend and bring it back Tuesday and now we wasted an hour and 15 minutes of our time expecting them to show up and open. We borrowed a vehicle and drove it 4 hours here from up past edmonton specifically for renting this trailer. So now not only have we been inconviencied, but the people we've had to borrow the truck from have as well. They had our phone number and couldve easily phoned to say they would not be open and that the hours have changed and we could have picked up the trailer friday afternoon. Would NOT recommend renting from this poor excuse of a rental company. (edit in response to company response.) Then if you are closed ALL long weekends why would you agree to rent out equipment on a LONG weekend, when it was asked by a customer in-store if it would be okay and a forewarning that it was a LONG weekend!? Sorry not gonna fly sore excuse. We should have been told by an employee that we would have to book for the day before.

Was given a quote for a lift, booked it, used it, wasn't sent an invoice til 3 weeks after the job was completed. When we called wondering why the bill was higher than what we were quoted, we were told of other charges we were not made aware of at the time the original quote was given. Also, the company runs credit cards through that they have on file whether you've received an invoice or not, which they did before we received an invoice. Our credit card was expired so they ran another companies credit card through. When asked why, they said "they want their money." The owner also said it's common sense to expect these things. I said regardless of your common sense, that's not how we do business. When the amount given was agreed upon to pay, they said again that they need a credit card to run through. I said we are not giving a credit card and will drop off a cheque immediately. I was told we could not rent from them ever again if we do not have a credit card on file, I said that's fine. Unprofessional, sneaky, underhanded, and not how a local business should be run.
