E	Emily Landry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel especially for the value, not as Boujee as the Pomeroy but the rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious, the toiletries are First Nation made products which were amazing. The pool was great and the breakfast had lots of selection, even an omelet station!

Breakfast could be improved, otherwise was enough! One fresh coffee will do me, personally! Some people might want a little bit more! Close to a Walmart Center, of you need that little extra! Thank you guys for having me these last 2 weeks!

The staff at the front desk were very friendly, and very accommodating. We are already planning our next stay in a few months!

It was pristine and such a cool layout, with a great waterside. The fitness center is spacious and incredibly well appointed. This is by far the best hotel in Olds. We will definitely repeat our stay here.

They said they would be working to improve the issues we had, and would be improving their breakfast offerings and rooms. I appreciated the response and willingness to take a bad review and find out how they can make it better. We had a mediocre start with a difficult to get a hold of front desk and a strict cancellation policy. We called ahead to cancel out second night and they did not answer. Luckily we left a VM and they had to honour it even though the the lady "wasn't sure about it". When we got there the room was clean and warm. The bedding however had some staining. The bed was worn and sagged in the middle. The shower was clogged and drained slowly. The breakfast was minimal at best. Only cereal, toast & bagels, and 1 flavour of yogurt. No oatmeal, or fruit. We just left and got breakfast elsewhere. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again. There is a Best Western on the other side of town that is much better.
