★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff & great food. Super friendly, helpful & tolerant. We had our dogs for their first ever hotel stay and your staff were great with them. We had dinner at Just Jacks, it was excellent. Them cooks are great! Joanne made everyone wicked good breakfast both days with such positive energy very much appreciated these days. You have wonderful employees, take care of them. Highly recommend this hotel for all stays including sports. We were there for lacrosse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service; everyone was very friendly, warm and welcoming! Our room was clean and spacious (we got the full kitchenette, highly recommended). Tasty hot breakfast included, and the pool+waterslide was an awesome touch. Great value; we will definitely return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Pomeroy lodge hosted the Edmonton Comets U11 girls hockey team this weekend. The experience was first class including food, rooms and the girls loved the pool. The staff was excellent. Can’t wait to go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, great service, pet friendly, and lots of Gluten free options for full breakfast. Rooms are clean and quiet and the hot tub and pool are a bonus. We enjoyed Just Jacks restaurant as well - the beef dip was phenomenal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great stay here. First time in this town for business, and the staff was extremely friendly and nice from the front desk to the lady running the breakfast in the mornings. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Wish they had smaller pillows as they are extra fluffed up.
The rooms are alittle outdated feeling, but the stay was good and for a small town, great location and hotel. Will be coming back for future visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahhhh everything was fantastic about this hotel…until I got into bed. It’s hard! Not a fan of zero cushion. However it’s clean, was in the king suite and super comfortable with lots of room. This hotel is great. Didn’t get to make it to the restaurant attached ‘Just Jack’ but heard great things about it. Also the Olds Brewery is also attached but closed. The restaurant serves their beer though. Great hotel…but the bed.
