C	Collette Slater on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind, considerate and offered tea or coffee and chocolates upon registration. My room was clean, modern and fresh looking. At breakfast, they prepared what was on the slate board which i clude breakfast wrap and sausages There were muffins, fruit and juices available as well as bagels staff would toast. Good experience.

The next day we got a late start and it was late for complementary breakfast. The woman working said “we can’t have you leaving hungry” and fired up the grill to make us bacon and eggs! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the shampoo wasn't that cheap stuff you get at normal hotels. I will stay here again if I come through.

Due to complications with construction the renovation of the pool has been taking longer then estimated.We don't have the ability to turn off just one sign of the pool as it is connected to the other lights.On our Best Western site in the amenities it does mention that our pool is closed.We are trying hard to get it done ASAP.If we may get an opportunity to have you at our hotel after the renovation we will make it sure that we offer considerable discount for your stay. My Answer It doesnt matter if the electrical is connected to other signs....take out the light bulb and you'll stop deceiving people. You maybe have put that in the ammenities page in the middle of other text, but the big picture at the middle top of the screen shows a pool. If the discounted rate had been remotely a sincere offer, it would have come up before I paid the bill, not after I paid in full and brought up the dissapointment with the staff. Making an offer to discount a room after a guest has said they wont stay again is nothing.

Always nice when they run and double check room to make sure it's perfect. Room is very clean, warm and comfortable. Will stay here again for sure!
