They did everything perfectly, and even let us use the conference room for free. They knew we would be loud in our rooms after golf so just asked us if we would keep the noise on the main floor. What a great idea. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. The stay and play deal with Sundre Golf club is a fantastic deal.

The staff was so friendly and greeted us with smiles as soon as we walked in the door. The check-in process was seamless and both Reagan and Kaylin treated us like we were old friends. As we walked to our room even the cleaning staff smiled and asked how our day was going. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel was spectacular the staff even better, I highly recommend staying here!

It seemed that we were on track for a wonderful stay. The room was made up nice., again it has a wonderful modern feel, very clean and well put together. You will find a nice little kitchen downstairs for breakfast starting at 5am.. I know this because our room 203 is across from the elevator and I have been up since 5am listening to it beep and open. It's a Sunday! I could really use a little sleep this morning... ? If you were in any other room you would have a fantastic stay and give a 5 star review. Unfortunately our room proximity to the built in alarm, I mean elevator has taken our rating down to a 3. If you stay here make sure you are not unfortunate enough to stay in the few rooms directly across from the elevator. I am assuming every floor is the same. It's a bad deal for the hotel because they are doing everything else right.
