All of the family are efficient and friendly, in that time I have become close friends with many of them and consider them closer than most of my own family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor. Looking to replace kitchen counters. I was told they had to be ordered. Yes, I realize that. What can you offer me? Whatever you want. Aha..do you have samples I could look at? See those doors way back there? Well, go down there and turn right and there's a beige storage cabinet and the samples are on the wall of that. And this conversation took place while he leaned on the counter and looked totally disinterested.Golly..maybe you should look up "Customer Service" in the dictionary. And as I was leaving, no recognition that I was leaving and again, totally disinterested. Will I ever darken the door again. No even a maybe..a 100% NO. And by the way, shave and put on a clean t-shirt. I wouldn't want an unwashed bum representing my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is nil at this place. Went in to ask about having a shed built. Guy we spoke with said he would have to get another employee to call us. Gave our number and then we waited a few days. Thought “Well they must be busy.” Waited another couple days, still no call. So we called them back and the person on the phone asked to whom we spoke to. Sorry, we had forgot his name but according to the person we spoke with, there was only one person in charge of building. Nope! If you don’t know who you spoke to, I can’t help you! Huh??so you have multiple people in charge of building???? If I could rate them lower, I would! Not helpful at all! Go to Home Hardware! They are more than willing to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my wife in with a huge list of supplies needed and Leo was extremely helpful. 3 staff members got together helping with the list which they had all of and had the wife on her way within 20 minutes. Leo also had some very helpful advice for me on installing window wells correctly with proper drainage to weeping tile. The small town mentality when it comes to customer service was very much appreciated.
