McDonald's - Olds

I ALWAYS have issues with this particular McDonald's location. Missing items from the bag or happy meals, burgers ordered without condiments have condiments anyways, french fries get re-fried and taste nasty, the staff is quite often rude. The final straw was today, when I was served a moldy McWrap. At this point, I'm done eating food from this location, and I'll be calling and making complaints to the health department and McDonalds head office because they're genuinely going to end up making someone sick.

If I could give NO stars I would But means bacon lettuce tomato First burger no bacon Second burger no tomato No third burger give me my money back Double big Mac First burger single patties 2 slices cheese Second burger double patties one cheese slice No third burger give me my money back Double quarter made as single Second burger made right yay! So disgusted with this place dirty high chair, ladies bathroom had floaties in the toilet employee came out told me toilet didn't flush but I could still use it. Had to use an even more disgusting men's bathroom I would NEVER recommend going to this establishment!

Ordered sausage and egg McMuffin, no cheese and got sausage, cheese and no egg....took it into store and had to wait for the cashier to get off her cell phone to fix the order. Was given sausage on biscuit. Had to ask again... This is not the first time this happened.

We ordered cheeseburgers for our 3 and 5 year old boys. Got the burgers, no ketchup or cheese,Just bun and meat, the ice tea was almost water and we had to go back inside after i asked them to make sure ketchup and nugget dipping sauce was in the bag. Lol brutal.

Extremely slow, nuggets over cooked. Asked for a fork and knife which she gave me after she dropped them on the floor. I don't stop here very often but my grand daughter requested. Hopefully the new one is better. Overall unimpressed, do better Olds McDonald's!

This is the worst store I've ever seen it is amazing that they are even open still went in ordered 2 burgers and a poutine plus a blizzard payed for everything just to wait 20 minutes to be told that the blizzard machine is down. So after another 10 minutes of trying to get my money back for the blizzard we went home just to find out that we are missing a burger. Called in and asked for the other burger and she said come back later and they will give it to me. So keep in mind I live in olds so this is not the first time it has happened so I gave her my name and asked her about all the other items I have paid for in the past that are supposed to be able to pick up she had no clue what I was talking about

Unfortunately, I have to give this location a poor review. They’re busy and poorly managed (sorry, but it’s glaringly obvious). My husband enjoys McDonald’s coffee and we occasionally pick some up, along with breakfast sandwiches. The service often leaves much to be desired, but my husband likes the coffee, so we come back. Recently, we were told to wait for our breakfast sandwiches, and after about 10-15 minutes of waiting and watching many other vehicles have their orders fulfilled at the window, they brought out our order. They got it wrong - every sandwich was wrong. This morning, my husband ordered two hot drinks; one coffee and one mocha. He was instructed to wait in the designated area with no reason as to why he had to wait for two hot drinks. He waited for ~15 minutes for two drinks, all while watching other vehicles receive their hot drinks through the window. The McDonald’s staff claimed they had an issue with a machine necessary to make the mocha, which is fine, but someone should have explained that or given a time frame for how long it would take to fulfill the order. They never estimate the wait times at this location, which can be inconvenient. I understand it’s McDonald’s, but the staff seldom ever seem happy and it’s quite the bummer to see. Perhaps if this location were to raise the wages of their staff, they’d see fewer bad reviews, less employee turnover, and better management.

I don't know what's going on but in the last two weeks I have had five orders missing items and one time I even waited nearly 20 minutes for just a chicken McGriddle. This time my hotcakes and sausage didn't have sausage. Never had problems like this before but it seems like the staff has decided to not care about their job anymore. I'm also sick of getting breakfast sandwich buns that are as hard as rock and dry as a bone. Where's my sausage?
