J'ai fais faire mon asphalte avec Alfonso De Sousa été 2018.
Au Printemps 2019 à la fonte de la neige j'ai aperçu un fendillement de mon asphalte.
Alors j'ai pris une photo et communiquer avec Alfonso au mois de Mai 2019.
Il est venu chez moi et a dit que la répartition était pour ce faire en juin ou juillet...rwndu au mois d'octobre je communique à nouveau avec Alfonso et il me dit d'appeler au bureau, ce que j'ai fais.
Par trous occasion j'ai parlé à la secrétaire et je n'ai jamais eu de retour d'appel pour la répartition de mon asphalte....... Que dois-je faire maintenant ?

I had my asphalt made with Alfonso De Sousa summer 2018.
In Spring 2019 when the snow melted I saw a cracking of my asphalt.
So I took a photo and communicate with Alfonso in May 2019.
He came to my house and said that the distribution was to do this in June or July ... rwndu in October I communicate again with Alfonso and he tells me to call the office, which I did .
On occasion I spoke to the secretary and I never got a call back for the distribution of my asphalt ....... What should I do now?

Les ouvriers viennent parfois faire une ou deux opérations, durant pas plus d'un avant-midi et ensuite silence radio.
Et quand on appelle pour avoir des renseignements sur l'état travaux, on ne retourne pas nos appels.
Y a-t il une option de 0 étoile pour les avis?
My street (no more than 250 meters) has been under construction for 9 months.
The workers sometimes come to do one or two operations, lasting no more than a morning and then radio silence.
And when we call for information on the state of the work, we do not return our calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un signaler de cette emyre8qui font des travaux de pavage près du parc st Bernadette qui viens passer à côté des bacs de recyclage qui sont juste à cot6de ma fenêtre.... aller passer au parc ou dans ruelle ...pas classe , non proffessionelle mais pas à peu près...deguelasse !!!
A report from this emyre8 who are doing paving work near the park st Bernadette who comes to pass next to the recycling bins which are right next to my window .... go to the park or in the lane ... not classy, not professional but not nearly ... deguelasse !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is based on after service and quality. The quality and professionalism of this company is horrible. A year after doing our whole front landscaping there was already so many problems. The trees died and the pavé started to crumble. We paid a serious amount of money to get what we thought was a reliable and professional company to do the job but we were extremely disappointed.
We called so many times and left so many messages but they did nothing to help us! Don’t ever use this company!! It’s garbage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nightmare having them around. Don't take my word for it, see the pictures.
- Left big holes in the ground with no protection for days putting people at serious risk of injury.
-Left the public street totally damaged for long periods of time expecting cars to drive over chunks of concrete.
- Left residents stuck all day on street/parking without a way to get out (no warning beforehand).
I understand they have a difficult job to do but even when I tried to politely speak to their supervisor "Helder" he was extremely rude, arrogant and told us it's no big deal.
