★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi guys please stay away from this cheap brand & absolutely disgusting service garage.
I bought a Jetta TDI, ac didn't work they fixed it, broke 3 months after, I came back paid 280$ it broke again. Went to see a mechanic @ st Martin and lapalme. The guy charged me 125$ and told me "I'll give you 5 years, if there's no ac bring it back..."
Fan broke 1200$
Lights burn every season.
Back trunk stopped opening...
And my life changing experience is when the clutch got stuck in the middle of the highway..!!
I saw my wife cry in fear for the first time in my life.
Be smart & go get yourself a Toyota or something. And if you want more go for a Lexus or Acura. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND & GARAGE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will not go out of their way to honour their product. A spring rusted all the way through and snapped after only 100,000kms on my vehicle, was told it is probably due to hitting a rock while driving. The spring itself has already been recalled in the US, however Transport Canada has yet to issue the recall... so despite it obviously being an issue, Volkswagen 440 prefers to blame it on the customer.
Have been visiting this dealership since it's opening a few years ago, this is how they treat loyal clients. Avoid this place at all costs, even if somewhere else will charge you more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my car for a checked engine light for code P2024 evaporation. Got my car back and still had a check engine light on for code P2026 evaporation. They didn’t perform the work properly also had an extended warranty, they made me pay for diagnostic when it should be included in the warranty. Still no follow up from them, no courtesy car for free but only if you pay. Worst experience ever. I’m still awaiting reimbursement for the diagnostic they charged me. Wont recommend anyone to go service their car over there.

For more than 2 months, I have visited so many dealer shops and have met so many dealers, but I can say Complexe Volkswagen 440 is the best dealer shop ever! Mathieu, Audreane, Serge, Stephane, Hugo, Marc! I really want to write down how kind they were in detail but I don't have enough English skill for it. They were super kind, whenever I had a problem they did their best to help me out. Especially, Mathieu and Audreane!! I felt they were doing their best to make me and my wife satisfied, not to sell a car. I definately recommand this dealer shop!!!
