**ATTENTION** Cette compagnie est une jeune compagnie sans expérience dans le domaine. Le jeune propriétaire d'une vingtaine d'années ne respecte pas ses engagements, promesses et valeurs. Vous allez remarquer que en parlant avec au téléphone, il dit sans cesse que c'est la meilleure compagnie, meilleur qualité de produits pour les abris tempo..Croyez moi que vous allez être très rapidement décu avec le service donné par Gabriel le propriétaire. Ces employés me disent eux même qu'il fait ca à plusieurs logements différents, il arrive faire les travaux à moitié, demande l'argent avant de terminer l'installation et quitte les lieux pour préparer son Rendez-vous du lendemain. En conclusion vous allez finir avec un travail fait à moitié, l'argent donné d'avance donc IMPOSSIBLE d'avoir une date précise ou une réponse clair de quand le travail sera complété. Vous allez être en colère en essayant de trouver une solution avec lui pour son arrogance et ses excuses qui vaut rien. Vous êtes avertis.

Je tenais à laisser un mot. C' est une superbe équipe, efficace, professionnelle et à l'écoute. On les a sollicité à la dernière minute, jeudi pour un rdv samedi. Ils sont venus comme convenu avec tout leur matériel. Je les recommande.

J'ai achetée un abris avec eux en Novembre 2021 et ils sont venus l'installer, tout avait l'air ok. Ils sont revenus arranger l'abris par la suite et installer une porte, mais quelques jours plus tard nous avons eu des vents et les poles n'etaient pas bien visser alors elle a tomber sur ma voiture et a tout egratigner ma voiture. Je lui ai parlee en facetime et m'a dit ah mais ca se peut pas et les vils etaient par terre .. Il m'a dit visser les vous-memes. Ce que nous avons fait mais ils n'avait pas bien fait leur travail. L'abris a fait bcp de bruit toute l'hiver meme ayant eu des plaintes de mes voisins, car l'abris n'est pas bien installer alors les vents dans l'abris fait un vacarme, je lui ai demande de revenir installer un encrage au sol et je leurs ai fais part de mon avis et aussi qu'ils ont endommager ma voiture et il a ignorer (Gabriel, supposement le proprietaire) mes textes et mon courriel. Extremement decue et non professionnel. Je ne recommande a personne de faire affaire avec eux.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY FOR TEMPO Rachel walk up to my door in mid September to market the service. I told her I already have a tempo and she told me they can install for me. She promised to revisit ti inspect my tempo and take measurements. She came back on 29th September and took her into my garage to inspect and take measurements. She confirmed they can install it. She told me it will cost me $170. I asked for discount. She said if I can book and pay 50%, she will offer me at 150$. I then agreed and paid her 80$ advance. A date was given to me for October 16. I was told I will be among the first set of installations. Then came the day they promised to come installed, the didn’t call to tell me they are not coming, it was when I called them to inquire why they didn’t show up, they told me they have other jobs they are working on and will come the next day 17th. I was practically monitoring them over the phone for them to show up. When the guy arrived, I was rushing out and couldn’t stay with them to supervise the job. I had trusted them to do a good job. When he came, he said they will not be able to do the job at the price I was offered. That was strange to me. I told them that’s was the price their Rep (Rachel) offered me and show them the invoice. He insisted it won’t work for them and then I asked that the refund my money and leave my house. He then agreed they will do it. I should have know they will do a terrible job. And hour later, they called me they couldn’t find the bolts and nuts. they said they have to buy and I agree they should buy that I will give them the money with the balance. When I returned home, I found the job was half done and the left without even calling me. When I called them, they said they had so much places to go to and will come back on Sunday to complete it. They didn’t show up until the following Sunday. I was practically chasing them on the phone. When they came, I was busy with some family emergency and asked my wife to give them the balance when they finished. They told her they needed to buy rope that she should give them the balance. They promised her they will finish the job that day. They left and never came back. I had to buy cable ties to tidy up the rest of the job. Fast forward, 3 weeks after the installation, wind blew off the tempo and the roof members fell on the car. I had to call them to tell them what happened. Simon promised to send someone to come fix it the next day. Of course he didn’t show up. When I called, he he told me someone will call me to book an appointment. I asked him if he is aware that this is an emergency and that my car was damaged. He said it is not their fault. He said my tempo is old and broken. I told him they are not professional. He should never have accepted to do the job rather than do a poor job and take my money. Then Kelly called to say they are busy for the week and will only be able to come a week after. I had to call another company to reinstall and the new company told me whoever had installed the tempo is roadside installers. The had to uninstall and reinstalled it. The hangers was not even installed by Abris. The new company fixed everything. The same tempo they told me is old and broken was installed by professional. Please be careful if you want to engage these guys. Simon is so rude and unprofessional. Run! Run!! Run!!!

Gabriel and his co-workers were quite professional. I recently had service from Abris Alpha. Buy, delivery and installation. First impression, Gabriel and his co-workers appeared on the promised date even when they have busy schedule. Second, we did not order permenant anchors, however, Gabriel provided the permenant anchor in his car (stock) not to delay installation and kept his installation promise solid. Third he was taught me all the steps of installation even when he has a busy schedule. Fourth, he was okay with me to transfer the balance money since had good trust in his customer. Afterall, I have an excellent experience of buying and installation of car shelter (18×16ft) at our home. The car shelter canopy has 3 yrs warranty and structure has 10 years. I expect the same congenial relationship and services if I have an issue during the warranty period. Strongly reccomend Abris Alpha for your car shelter based on our experience!
