★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team arrived at my place. I had not unscrewed some lateral poles from my tempo. Mr. Labranche was uspet an impolite. I offered him to do unscrewed them myself. He just left. I had taken an appointment weeks ago. I would not recommend you hire them unless you prepare everything perfectly or else you will be in for a surprise.
L'équipe est arrivée chez moi. Je n'avais pas dévissé quelques pôles de mon tempo. M. Labranche était en colère et impoli. Je lui ai proposé de les dévisser moi-même. Il est parti en colère. J'avais pris rendez-vous il y a des semaines. Je ne recommanderais pas de les embaucher à moins que vous prépariez tout parfaitement ou sinon vous risquez d'avoir de mauvaises surprises.

I would not recommend hiring them unless you prepare everything perfectly or you risk having unpleasant surprises.

C'est dommage, vous n'avez pas compris que le service a la clientèle, est le premier contact avec votre entreprise. Dommage pour vous. Ça ne mérite même pas une étoile ?!!
The receptionist who answers the phone is stupid, and just says it's not our industry. This without any explanation from him. It's a shame, you haven't understood that customer service is the first contact with your business. Too bad for you. It doesn't even deserve a star ? !!
